Given that less than 4% of Australians are deficient in vitamin C, there’s little need for supplementation unless dietary intake is genuinely inadequate. Rather than relying on a quick fix, it makes sense to focus on building robust immune systems through a balanced lifestyle – regular exercise, stress management, and good hygiene practices, for instance.
